2019 FACULTY TAILGATE BBQ 

Friday, August 30 (5:30-6:30pm) Faculty RSVP

Each year we Faculty we express our appreciation for the faculty and their families by throwing them a tailgate dinner before the first Varsity Football Game!  Generally 100-150 faculty attend with their children, spouses, and even some bring their parents!

PTSA sets up 4:45-5:30; provides drinks, desserts, and sides, and clean up 6:30-7pm.  Please join by SIGN UP is coming for volunteers/donations.

Donations can be dropped off at 4:45, in the school office or at Shannon Hardy’s house in Knightdale Station. Cell: 919-274-8880

FEBRUARY – HELP US LOVE OUR FAVORITE PTSA TEACHERS!   SIGN UP This year we have 25 faculty members that have joined the PTSA.  Please help us celebrate these dedicated faculty members by making donations to our 2nd Semester KICK OFF Goodie Bag.  We will be collecting goodies through Monday, February 5th, and assemble during Academic Recognition Night. AUGUST – Faculty Tailgate East Wake @ HOME Friday, August 18 (5-7pm, Commons/Cafeteria)  Each year the parents and administration organize a faculty “tailgate” for our faculty and their families before the first home football game.  The administration organizes the meat, Booster Club provides paper products, and the PTSA sets up, cleans up and organizes sides, desserts, and drinks.  The marching band comes through and gives the faculty a brief, private concert.  Donations and volunteers are needed!    SIGN UP LINK

Campus Beautification/Volunteer Tuesday August 22 (8-11:30am, w/ teachers). If any parents, students, or community members can help teachers with classroom setup it is very much appreciated!
