  • Driver’s Permits & License – New rules for identification! When you take your child to get their permit or license you have the opportunity to also make the identification an official FEDERAL REAL ID.  If you bring a document  with your child’s name and address (like school transcript) – the permit or license will be endorsed with  a gold star which means it is a Federal ID or REAL ID. These ID’s can be used on domestic flights and used to get in Federal buildings.
