HOMECOMING 9/22 

1. DJ $350
2. Security contribution $150 of $210 cost.
3. Custodial staff got leave time.
4. Concessions earned about $350
5. More sodas less water
6. Pizza $1 slice a hit (10 pizzas rather than 14)
7. Less food, no ice cream. Although faculty liked Klondikes so a treat for them!
8. Walk around and offer volunteers drinks every 45 min or so.  Especially DJ!
9. 4 Volunteers in Concessions is good.
10. 1 Volunteer working trash throughout night was awesome!
11. 10 Faculty were excellent – including outside.
12. Location in gym…dimmer lighting.
13. Corn Hole!!! More tailgate games.
14. Check in RSVP worked well. Powerschool took a long time. Kids will learn to RSVP first!

SWEETHEART DANCE IN JAN/FEB
